  4. Organic Solderability Preservative (OSP) – This surface finish consists of a thin layer of organic material that protects the copper traces and pads from oxidation. OSP provides good solderability and is a cost-effective option for flex PCBs.
  5. Electroplated Nickel Gold (ENIG) – This surface finish consists of a layer of nickel followed by a layer of gold. ENIG provides excellent solderability, flatness, and corrosion resistance.
